🦀Fresh Crab From YOUR Kitchen🦀

Visiting Relatives from Baltimore Maryland meant having Blue Crabs at every dinner cooked in Old Bay Seasoning.  But, leaving Baltimore Maryland was bitter sweet because access to Blue Crab was only possible via Overnight Shipping from the local Seafood Market.  'Twas possible, but COSTLY to ship it to Kentucky.  Those days are over now that Wal-Mart carries a delicious line of Crab Claws and Dungenese Crab!  Of course ordering Crab from Joe's Crab Shack is possible at the whopping price of $36.00.  I would rather get the most bang 💥 out of my Budget, AND prepare the Crab how I like it.  Here's how.  In the frozen Seafood section there are several choices of Crab.  But, there is a catch (pun intended).  There are many types of Crab in this section, but only two are worthy of your 💰 Money.  Jonah Claws and Dungenese Crab Secrions.  I've tried the Snow Crab and the King Crab, but they are not as delicious as the two referenced above. Crab is fully cooked when purchaed, but I like to infuse my Ingredients for further saturation.  See Recipe Below...

Low Fat Delicious Recipe:

Thaw Crab in water for 30 minutes.  ❗️Very Important❗️Always add a CUP of Vinegar to the water for Five minutes before preparing. Pour Thaw water 💦 out.

Preheat Oven to 350.

Arrange Crab on Baking Sheet

Sprinkle Old Bay generously on Crab.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Mix Mayonaise and Mustard for dipping. 


Higher Fat Version Recipe:

Preheat Over to 350.

Arrange Crab on Baking Sheet.

Squeeze 1/2 Lemon all over. 

Add a tiny amount of Old Bay all over.

Salt and Pepper to your liking.

Dice 4 Garlic Cloves and a Fist full of Fresh Parsley and sprinkle all over.

Add 2 Heaping Tablespoons in little dots all over the bottom of the Cooking Sheet.

Bake for 20 Minutes.

Reserve the cooking liquid for dipping.
